Description
This is nicely done “Vintage” mount of a Roe Deer doe. Not often do these come up, although the males of the species are fairly easy to find. This is a “Nice” mount, especially considering the age. It has a nice wooden plaque that it is mounted to (see attached photos).
Roe deer are found throughout much of Europe. They are a small deer species that have bodies suited for cold climates. The bucks have horns that typically have a fork in the antler.
Overall mount size: 20″ high x 9″ wide x 13″ deep. Mount hangs on a single screw or nail.
